On a seasonal basis, true to the creator of the Essentrics program, classes will be held outdoors, weather permitting, with our intention to enhance the fun and natural experience of wellness.
Activities including an occasional trek to a scenic "pop-up" outdoor Essentrics class location are offered by leaders with decades of engaged experience.
